Is there a physician on call after hours?
Yes, we are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call our main number, 203-776-9110, for assistance.
Will I need a physician referral to schedule an appointment?
We do not require a physician referral to our office for the purpose of scheduling an appointment with one of our physicians.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes we are currently accepting new patients
What is your policy for releasing records?
We have release forms in our office; otherwise you can write in a request that includes your personal information as well as information on where records are to be sent.
How are emergencies handled after hours?
If you have a medical emergency, call 911. All other non-emergency calls for existing patients are handled by our on-call physician at 203-776-9110
Do I need to bring my X-rays if they are negative?
Yes, all X-rays/MRI/ct-scans on CD or film need to be brought in on day of appointment.
Can my minor child com to the appointment alone?
All minors need to be accompanied by an adult.
Why do I have co-pays?
Your co-pays are part of a contract between you and your insurance carrier and it is due at time of service.
How do I refill my prescription?
Please call the office during regular business hours, please call at least 2 days in advance before prescription is needed and have pharmacy number ready.
